The property itself was beautiful. The main kitchen and living area were wonderful and clean. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Getting into the property was simple with the instructions provided by the host. They were also very responsive and answered any questions in a timely manner. Finding the Airbnb was easy and street parking was simple. We got a spot directly in front of the Airbnb that we had access to our entire stay. When we did drive, we were able to come back and had the same spot. We had no issues with our stay, and also chose to walk to and from the Airbnb to most of our destinations, and experienced no issues. Just keep in mind, it’s at least at 15 minute walk to most attractions, and we walked up to 30 minutes for some things. We did not mind personally and enjoyed it, and felt secure enough to walk back at night, however an Uber is affordable and completely reasonable. I recommend highly and would stay here again on a return visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfy. The neighborhood was really cool and there were a lot of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The host responded fast and we had everything we needed.

I had a great stay! Beautiful place, only blocks away from the Louie Armstrong Park (take Marias St.), from the RTA, some dive bars, restaurants, Esplanade Ave, and the Historic Treme neighborhood! I felt safe walking around day or night. The suite was clean and cozy, a spacious walk in closet, and a bathroom with all the amenities. The only thing I couldn’t find, but I didn’t ask, was the outdoor patio space. A beautiful common area and quiet hours after 9pm it felt like a home away from home. Christopher sent many recommendations after booking as well as responding very quickly. I would stay here again.

Christopher was incredibly helpful and very responsive. There was a little mix up with the address but wasn’t too bad. You literally get what you pay for and even then I think it was a deal! Location was also pretty close to everything. You won’t regret choosing to book here!

Don’t let the outside fool you, it’s a traditional French Quarter row house in a typical neighborhood, with friendly neighbors who sit outside and chat with each other during the day. The community is rich. The second you step inside it’s even more beautiful than the photos! It was PERFECT to a girls weekend and comfortable for 3 generations to share and accommodate all of our needs. The bedding was so cozy and the host was super helpful and warm. He gave us AMAZING recommendations for things to do and food to eat and the house was wonderful for dinners at home watching tv and having amazing conversations. The cleaning crew even came in to take out the trash and make sure we didn’t need anymore clean linens. I have already recommended this house to friends and family multiple times.

Christopher was a fantastic host. He was responsive to all questions and helpful when something didn't seem to work right. I am glad I chose to stay at his place instead of a hotel or at another host's property. I was absolutely impressed by his level of professionalism and commitment to his guest's comfort.

My stay at Christopher’s place was absolutely amazing! I loved exploring the French Quarter and Bourbon Street on foot. It was such a pleasant walk, and Christopher was always there to help me out with any questions or concerns. I had a minor issue, but within 10 minutes, it was all sorted out. I’ve never had a host so responsive, and I’ve stayed at Airbnbs all over the world. Christopher definitely takes the cake! The house itself was stunning, and I loved walking in every day and admiring it. It was also a huge plus that I had my own private bathroom, which was absolutely beautiful. This whole experience was a much-needed break, and I’ll definitely be back!

We had a large group of family and friends and we all fit perfectly! The house was beautifully appointed, comfortable and very clean. We had a small issue with the codes on the doors, but Chris was very responsive, and we got it easily sorted. The home is located in a lived-in area, but we felt safe, and neighbors were friendly. It was an easy stroll to the French Quarter, eats and entertainment. There was also a nearby store to get groceries. Would definitely consider staying here again. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Looking forward to our next visit! Thanks!
